This isn’t the “Wild West,” protect yourself financially by purchasing an Auto Insurance policy for your Car, Truck, SUV or Motorcycle.
Auto Insurance provides protection from financial loss related to incidents involving your vehicle(s).
The following examples are common types of coverage usually listed on your Auto Policy.
Liability – Covers damage(s) to third parties for property damage and bodily injury in the event of an at fault accident.
Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage (BI/PD) – If driver/owner of a vehicle does not have insurance or does not have enough insurance, this coverage will cover you, your resident relatives, and occupants in your vehicle and the insured vehicle up to the limits you select.
Medical Payments – “MedPay” is an optional coverage that pays for medical and funeral expenses (in the event of a covered auto accident) for people insured under the policy.
Personal Injury Protection – “PIP” covers people in the insured vehicle and pedestrians struck by the insured vehicle for medical, hospital and funeral expenses, regardless of fault.
Comprehensive Coverage – If your insured vehicle is damaged from an event other than collision, (i.e. fire, theft, windstorm, flood or vandalism) “Comp” Coverage will pay for the damage minus the deductible you select. If your vehicle is stolen, transportation and loss of use expenses will be covered when applicable.
Collision Coverage – If you insured vehicle sustains damage from overturning or colliding with another object or vehicle, Collision Coverage pays for the damage, minus the deductible you select.
Rental Reimbursement – If you have a claim that is covered under “Comp” or Collision, having Rental Reimbursement Coverage will provide you with a rental vehicle. Different daily rental limits are available for purchase.
Roadside Assistance – Is an optional coverage that provides services such as towing, flat tire change, locksmith service and battery jump-start to customers for an additional premium.
